分别在苹果采收前一个月和两个月时用不同浓度的烯效唑(S3307)喷施寒富苹果果实,研究S3307对苹果果皮花色素形成和果实品质的影响。目的是找到有效促进苹果果皮着色并提高果品品质的最佳S3307浓度,并揭示其作用机理。结果表明:50mg·L-1S3307喷果后,苹果着色效果明显,可溶性糖含量增加,有机酸含量减少,抗坏血酸(ASA)含量和蛋白质含量升高。这说明50mg·L-1的S3307有良好的着色作用并能改善苹果的品质,因此这种试剂在生产上可能有一定的应用价值。另外研究发现,花色素含量与可溶性糖含量和糖酸比显著正相关,花色素含量与有机酸含量和叶绿素含量显著负相关。
The effects of S3307 on the formation and fruit quality of apple pericarp were studied by spraying the fruits of Hanfu apple with different concentrations of uniconazole (S3307) one month and two months before apple harvest respectively. The purpose is to find the best concentration of S3307 which can effectively promote the color of apple peel and improve the quality of fruit, and reveal the mechanism of action. The results showed that after sprayed with 50 mg · L-1S3307, the apple had obvious coloring effect, increased soluble sugar content, reduced organic acid content, increased ASA content and protein content. This shows that 50mg · L-1 S3307 has a good coloring and can improve the quality of apple, so this reagent may have some production value. In addition, it was found that there was a significant positive correlation between anthocyanin content and soluble sugar content and sugar / acid ratio. There was a significant negative correlation between anthocyanidin content and organic acid content and chlorophyll content.
