价格调节基金是《价格法》规定的政府调控市场价格的重要经济手段。2005年,省物价局等部门联合印发了《陕西省煤炭价格调节基金征收使用管理办法》。一年多来,我们高度重视,充分发挥物价部门在基金征收管理过程中的职能作用,把搞好基金的征收管理工作作为提升物价部门影响力,服务渭南经济发展的大事来抓,坚定信心,迎难而上,扎实推进煤炭价格调节基金的征收管理工作。
The price adjustment fund is an important economic measure regulated by the government under the Price Law. In 2005, the Provincial Price Bureau and other departments jointly issued “Measures for the Administration of Collection and Use of Shaanxi Provincial Coal Price Adjustment Fund”. In the past year or so, we have attached great importance to giving full play to the functional role of the price department in the process of fund collection and management. We have taken the management of fund collection as a major issue in boosting the influence of the price department and serving the economic development in Weinan, Facing difficulties, and promote the coal price regulation fund levied management.
