在劳动生理实践中,常用心率法或者肺通气量法估算氧耗量值。我们在前一工作中曾指出:肺通气量法的予报精度虽高于心率法,但亦可能带来系统误差;心率法虽便于实际应用,但可影响其精确度的因素也多。再者,一般多以自行车功量计测得线性关系作为估值的参照。但在劳动作业中,从事活动的身体部位并不限于下肢;劳动类型亦较复杂,既可能有各种静力性负荷,且负荷量又并非恒定。本工作的目的在于:
