电子供应链管理中的“CEO” IT时代的企业已经进入运用电子技术改造自己的流程之中,当我们对诸如ERP、CRM等电子化管理的名词还应接不暇时,SCM(电子供应链管理)又在我们面前打开了一扇新的视窗。 电子供应链管理模式是利用一连串有效办法,配合现代信息技术手段来整合供应商、制造商、分销商、零售商和服务供应商,使商品可以按市场需求的准确数量生产,并在确定的时间内配送到准确的地点。三个“准确”的目的只有一个,就是在一个令人满意的服务水准下,使得企业群整体系统的成本最小。这种新的管理模式是随着市场向以客户为主导的“大规模个性定制化”方向转变的趋势而出现的。 电子供应链管理最核心的思想主要表现在三个方面,可以形象地表达为供应链管理模式的“CEO”:C就是协同商务(Collaborative Commerce);E就是电子企业(E-business); O.就是业务外包(Outsourcing)。
