本文在对滚齿机进行激振实验的基础上,利用模态分析技术,对该机床动态特性进行了研究。 激振实验采用了宽频带的随机激振,模拟实际工况直接对刀杆处激振。所记录的信号在信号分析仪中进行处理,得到各测点的传递函数,然后将这些数据输入计算机进行整机模态分析并可动画显示,识别出表征机床动态特性的模态参数及前几阶模态振型。 利用得出的模态参数,对该机床几个影响加工精度的主要薄弱环节进行了详尽分析,指出了这些部位动态特性不好的原因,并就结构的改善设计提出了建议。
Based on the exciting experiment of gear hobbing machine, the dynamic characteristics of this machine tool are studied by modal analysis. Excitation experiments using a wide band of random excitation, simulate the actual working conditions directly on the arbor excitation. The recorded signals are processed in the signal analyzer to get the transfer function of each measuring point, and then these data are input to the computer for modal analysis and animation display to identify the modal parameters that characterize the dynamic characteristics of the machine tool and the first few Mode modal vibration mode. By using the modal parameters, the paper analyzes several main weak points affecting the machining accuracy of the machine tool, points out the reasons for the poor dynamic characteristics of these parts, and puts forward some suggestions on the improvement of the structure design.
