笔者于2003-2009-06对7例病因不明的胸腔积液患者采用纤支镜代替胸腔镜检查,取得满意效果,现将护理体会总结如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料本组中右侧胸腔积液4例,左侧2例,双侧1例。其中男5例,女2例,年龄57~69(平均61)岁。患者表现为咳嗽、胸闷、呼吸困难、2例有胸痛,均无发热,胸部CT示胸
