在影响农产品质量安全的诸多因素中,最突出的就是农药残留超标。近日,农业部相关负责人表示,近几年来,我国农产品的农药残留监测合格率在97%以上。而且到2015年底,我国农药残留的限量标准将争取达到7000项,为餐桌安全做好保障。据农业部农药检定所副所长叶纪明介绍,从2001年开始,农业部组织了大城市的农产品无公害食品行动计划,对农产品市场进行监测,种植产品农药残留合格率达到了97%以上,农业部还开展园艺作物标准园
