为了探明莴苣不同品种矿质养分吸收与分布的差异 ,在相同栽培条件下 ,比较分析了碧玉结球生菜、超早广东尖叶油麦菜和春秋二白皮 3个莴苣品种在不同生长时期对 Fe,Zn,Ca,N吸收与分布的差异 .结果表明 ,在整个生长期内 ,碧玉结球生菜地上部与地下部的 Fe,Zn,Ca,N(地上部 )含量最高 ,但对 4种矿质养分的累积量最低 ,它们与超早广东尖叶油麦菜和春秋二白皮的差异均达显著水平 ,后两个品种之间的差异 (除地上部 Ca含量外 )不显著 .3个莴苣品种地下部的 Fe,Zn,Ca含量显著高于地上部 ,但植株对 3种矿质养分的累积量地上部显著高于地下部 .
