本文对１６０例健康眼行压迫试验检查，用眼底功脉压计５０克压迫４分钟１００例２００眼；５分，２１例４２眼；６分，２１例４２眼；７分，１８例３６眼。根据本组资料，压迫５分与压迫４分的各项指标均有显著差异，Ｐ＜０．０１，故压迫试验常规压迫时间应为５分。在一眼受压后，另眼的交感性眼压下降问题，没有统计学上的差异，故一眼的压迫试验完成后，可立即对另眼进行检查。本试验不产生任何眼部及全身方面的合并症。
