实施ERP项目是提高企业发展,促进国家经济发展的重要决策。而由于我国大多数企业对ERP项目实施过程中所存在的各类风险不够了解,更没有引起企业的注意与重视,导致ERP系统实施困难,企业发展也受到影响,而最终发生ERP实施项目失败的结果,不仅浪费时间、人力等资源,同时还影响到企业生产、经营等效率。所以,要对其存在风险进行了解,并针对性做出解决与预防措施,采用科学有效手段,使ERP项目实施顺利完成。
