随着学生素质提升需求及企业人才素质需求的发展,传统的教学模式在中职《职业道德与法律》课程中的不适用性逐渐显现。通过对课程所面临问题的不断探索,开展问卷调查与访谈,基于教学实践,从教材补充、教法学法、课程考核方式三个方面进行课程改革,力图平衡学生素质与企业人才素质需求之间的矛盾,提高教学效果。
With the improvement of students’ quality and the demand of quality of talents, the unavailability of traditional teaching mode in the course of “professional ethics and law” in secondary vocational schools gradually appears. Through the continuous exploration of the problems faced by the curriculum, carrying out questionnaire surveys and interviews, based on the teaching practice, from the teaching material supplement, teaching method, curriculum assessment methods of three aspects of curriculum reform, trying to balance the quality of students and business needs of qualified personnel Conflict, improve teaching effectiveness.
