《新编药物学》第十二版中对鞣酸蛋白有如下描述:“服后在胃内不分解,至小肠分解出鞣酸,使蛋白凝固,有收敛止泻作用。”“能影响胰酶、胃蛋白酶、乳酶生等的药效,不宜同服”。对鞣酸蛋白与胰酶和乳酸生的配伍禁忌,笔者没有异议,仅对该药和胃蛋白酶的配伍提出不同看法。大家知道,胃蛋白酶是一种消化酶,在中性、硷性及强酸性时,其消化能力弱,在pH1.5～2.5活性最强。
