一、我国企业破产的现状1986年8月3日,连续十年亏损、负债额超过全部资产三分之二的沈阳防爆器材厂宣告破产,这是我国第一家真正倒闭的企业。1992年2月15日,辽宁省抚顺玻璃厂宣布实施破产,这是我国首家破产的国有中型企业。1992年11月3日,全国十大针织行业排行第三,有着“西南针织王”美誉的重庆针织厂总厂宣告破产,这是我国国有大型企业的第一次破产,它写下了中国企业改革史上沉重的一页。市场是无情的,市场不相信眼泪。
