吴柏,安徽萧县人,主攻山水,兼攻人物、花鸟中国国画家协会理事,中国楹联学会会员安徽省美术家协会会员,黄淮海美术家协会理事吴柏国画艺术馆馆长吴柏作品立足传统,贴近生活,先后十多次在全国、省、市级书画展赛中入展或获奖。作品在《中国书法美术2011人物年鉴》《2012中国当代书画名家年鉴》《神州》《中国书画报》等数十种大型画册和专业报刊上发表。2011年获邀参加《国家重大历史题材美术作品专辑》的创作并入选。2014年参与《白居易诗话宿州》的部分插图绘制。作品被中国书画收藏家
