在万能显微镜和其它同类的工具显微镜上,可装上测量圆弧半径“R 镜头”来测量工件的圆弧半径。测量工作是用镜头分划板上有半径数值的圆弧曲线与工件圆弧断面相比较来进行。仪器规定,10倍 R 镜头只能与1倍物镜配合使用,30倍 R 镜头只能与3倍物镜配合使用,当使用3倍物镜时,可以直接测出 R0.1~5毫米中的32种R 值,使用1倍物镜时,可以直接测出 R5.5~60毫米中的46种 R 值,因此,所能测量的 R 值的数量有限。为了充分发挥现有仪器的潜力,我们将其余物镜也与 R 镜头组合进行测量,扩大了测量圆弧半径
