目的本文主要探讨两种给药方式对四氧嘧啶致大鼠糖尿病模型的影响,为制造稳定的大鼠糖尿病模型提供一种最佳选择。方法将80只大鼠随机分为A、B两组。A组大鼠分两次注射2%四氧嘧啶注射液,第一天120mg/kg,第二天100mg/kg;B组大鼠一次注射200mg/kg2%四氧嘧啶。造模七天后分别测各组大鼠血糖浓度。结果 A组大鼠造模成功25只,成功率62.5%,死亡4只,死亡率10%;B组大鼠造模成功17只,成功率42.5%,死亡9只,死亡率22.5%。两组大鼠实验数据比较差异有显著性。结论分次腹腔注射注射四氧嘧啶造模成功率高,死亡率低,是四氧嘧啶致大鼠糖尿病模型的最佳选择。
Objective This article mainly discusses the effects of two administration modes on alloxan-induced diabetic rats and provides an optimal choice for the manufacture of stable diabetic rat model. Methods Eighty rats were randomly divided into A and B groups. The rats in group A were injected with 2% alloxan injection twice a day, 120mg / kg on the first day and 100mg / kg on the second day. The rats in group B were injected with 200mg / kg 2% alloxan once. Seven days after model establishment, blood glucose levels in each group were measured. Results 25 rats in group A were successful in modeling, with a success rate of 62.5% and 4 deaths, with a mortality rate of 10%. In group B, 17 rats were successfully established, with a success rate of 42.5%, 9 deaths and a mortality rate of 22.5%. There was significant difference between the two groups of experimental data. Conclusion Intraperitoneal injection of alloxan injection success rate, low mortality, alloxan induced diabetic model of the best choice.
