近年来,江苏省盐城市国资委始终把切实履行出资人职责和服务企业发展作为工作的出发点、着力点、落脚点,坚持在监管中强化服务,在服务中优化监管,逐步探索出一条具有盐城特色的“监管与服务”并重的路子。1准确把握职责定位,牢固树立“监管与服务”并重的理念思想是行动的先导。盐城市国资委坚持把思想观念的更新摆在重要位置,着力强化“三个意识”:1.1服务发展的意识
