钢铁产业是国民经济的重要基础性产业,在国民经济发展中具有重要的作用。企业组织创新是提高企业核心竞争能力的有效手段。结合我国钢铁产业的实际情况和钢铁行业的行业特点,通过分析我国钢铁企业组织创新的环境和动力源,提出分权制、基于产品的战略业务单元划分和钢铁企业的信息化建设等是我国钢铁企业组织创新模式的基本要素。
The steel industry is an important basic industry of the national economy and plays an important role in the development of the national economy.
