4月16日,胡锦涛主席在会见国民党荣誉主席连战时说,一季度 GDP 增速达到10.2%。并表示“我们不希望也不追求有过高的速度,我们更看重的是发展的效益和质量,更看重的是增长方式的转变和资源的节约、环境的保护,更看重的是民生的改善。”此前的4月14日,国务院总理温家宝主持召开的国务院常务会议明确指出一季度经济运行存在的问题,主要是固定资产投资增长过快,货币供应量偏高,信贷投放偏快,对外贸易结构性矛盾依然突出。中国经济依旧在高速路上飞驰,由此带来的问题再度引起政府的警惕和担忧,下一步如何对经济运行进行调控引人关注。
