作者研究了添加0.08和0.14wt%Zr对Al-2.5Li-2Mg合金的显微组织和机械性能的影响。发现有较高锆含量的合金具有更细的铸造显微组织,同有较小亚晶粒的更细的挤压和固溶处理的显微组织一样。含0.14wt%Zr的合金时效更迅速且显示出更高的强度和断裂韧性。但在时效条件下延伸率较低。还研究了含2,3和4wt%Mg对Al-2.5Li—0.1Cu-0.14Zr合金显微组织和性能的影响。发现添加Mg超过2wt%时机械性能降低。降低的原因是因为存在Al_2LiMg沉淀。
The authors investigated the effect of adding 0.08 and 0.14 wt% Zr on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-2.5Li-2Mg alloys. The alloys with the higher zirconium content were found to have finer cast microstructures, like the finer squeeze and solution treated microstructures with smaller subgrains. The alloys containing 0.14 wt% Zr aged more rapidly and showed higher strength and fracture toughness. However, elongation is lower under aging conditions. The effect of 2, 3 and 4 wt% Mg on the microstructure and properties of Al-2.5Li-0.1Cu-0.14Zr alloy was also investigated. The mechanical properties were found to decrease when Mg was added in excess of 2% by weight. The reason for the decrease is because of the precipitation of Al 2 LiMg.
