From the 17th to the 18th and 18th centuries, maritime trade around the world became the trend of the times. Western merchant ships eager to seek capital accumulation frequently appeared in the East China Sea. The most representative and doubtlessly developing Britain is undoubtedly the United Kingdom. Comparing the overseas trade policies of China and the United Kingdom in the same period from the aspects of the policies of treating the merchants, the regulations on the ships going to the sea, the import and export policies, it can be seen that the conservative and the liberalization are the most prominent features of the overseas trade policies of the 17th and 18th centuries. Is actually a difference in policy that limits overseas trade and encourages overseas trade.
