全国人民代表大会常务委员会: 《中华人民共和国和墨西哥合众国领事条约》,已由外交部长吴学谦和墨西哥合众国外交部长贝·塞·阿莫尔于1986年12月7日分别代表本国在北京签署。《中华人民共和国和墨西哥合众国领事条约》是中墨双方在各自提出的条约草案基础上,经过友好谈判达成协议的。经审核,该条约的各项规定符合我国现行的法律、规章和政策,也符合中墨两国的实际情况。
The Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress: The Consular Treaty between the People’s Republic of China and the United Mexican States was signed by both Foreign Minister Wu Xueqian and Foreign Minister Bexise Amor of the United Mexican States on behalf of his country in Beijing on December 7, 1986. The “Consular Treaty between the People’s Republic of China and the United Mexican States” is an agreement reached between China and Mexico on the basis of their respective draft treaties after friendly negotiation. After being audited, the provisions of the treaty are in conformity with the laws, regulations and policies in force in our country and with the actual conditions in China and Mexico.
