脑外伤术后脑梗死发病率较低,文献报道甚少。我科诊治37例,报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料本组男27例,女10例;年龄11~69(平均42.8)岁。外伤原因:车祸伤19例,跌坠伤12例,打击伤4例,枪伤1例,其他伤1例。外伤类型:开放性颅脑损伤8例,闭合性损伤29例。颅骨骨折20例次,脑挫裂伤19例
The incidence of cerebral infarction after traumatic brain injury is low, few reports in the literature. My department of diagnosis and treatment of 37 cases, the report is as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information The group of 27 males and 10 females; aged 11 to 69 (average 42.8) years of age. Causes of trauma: car accident injury in 19 cases, fall injuries in 12 cases, hit injury in 4 cases, gunshot wound in 1 case, other injuries in 1 case. Trauma types: 8 cases of open head injury, closed injury in 29 cases. Skull fracture in 20 cases, brain contusion and laceration in 19 cases
