中国共产党十八届四中全会进一步阐明,社会主义法治建设离不开党的全面正确领导,党的领导也必然要依靠良好的社会主义法治来得以顺利实现,党的领导与社会主义法制建设之间关系紧密,既相互支持,又相互依存,两者是辩证统一的,最终的方向和目标是完全一致的。我们要把坚持党的全面领导作为建设和完善中国特色社会主义法治体系,建设具有中国特色的社会主义法治国家重要的根本保障和首要原则。
