在新教改的不断深化和推进之下,课堂教学的要求已经不再单纯地存在于定性思维这一层面,而是应该不断地弘扬发散思维,强调素质教育。具体来说,作为一名初中的生物老师,在课堂上应该努力地去创造条件,让所有的学生都能够积极地参加到课堂上的教学中来,通过有效的提问去吸引学生的注意力,培养学生探究自然的能力和兴趣,形成一种探究未知世界的科学精神和科学态度。这就要求老师必须具备善于提问、巧妙提问、有效提问的一种能力,充分发散学生的思维,打开想象的空间,让“提问”成为学生学习的一把利器,培养他们的学习能力。

This requires teachers must have good ability to ask questions, ingenious questions, effective questioning, and fully divergent students thinking, open the space for imagination, so that “questions” become a tool for students to learn and develop their learning ability.
