采用挤压铸造工艺加工出了ZL2 0 1合金薄壁筒形件 ,并对其组织与性能进行了研究。结果表明 :ZL2 0 1合金适合于用挤压铸造工艺生产薄壁中、小型工件 ;经挤压铸造工艺加工出的薄壁筒形件几乎没有铸造缺陷 ,强度比砂型铸造提高约 5 4% ,伸长率提高约 17% ,显微组织比砂型铸造细密均匀。在挤压铸造过程中 ,薄壁筒形件的塑性变形由外向里进行 ,显微组织呈梯度变化。
ZL201 thin-walled cylindrical part was machined by squeeze casting process, and its microstructure and properties were studied. The results show that ZL201 alloy is suitable for the production of medium and small-sized thin-walled workpieces by the extrusion die casting process. The thin-walled cylindrical workpieces produced by the extrusion die casting process have almost no casting defects, the strength is about 54% higher than sand casting, Rate increased by about 17%, microstructure than the sand casting fine uniform. In the extrusion casting process, the plastic deformation of thin-walled cylindrical parts from the outside to the inside, the microstructure changes gradient.
