本文对使用振幅压扩与未使用振幅压扩的甚高频单边带移动无线电系统的主观性能进行了比较。实验室与实地测试的结果都表明,使用振幅压扩明显地改进了主观性能,特别是在低信号强度的情况下更明显。
This article compares the subjective performance of VHF single sideband mobile radio systems using amplitude companding with uncompressed amplitude companding. Both laboratory and field test results show that the use of amplitude compression significantly improves subjective performance, especially at low signal intensities.
