图书馆效益是图书馆产出的服务效果与全部投入耗费之比。目前我国在图书馆效益的发展观念和价值取向上,陷入了社会效益与经济效益“二元对立论”误区;在工作实践中,陷入了“读者满足率唯一论”误区;在图书收藏和资源建设上,陷入了“片面数量观”误区,致使经费投入未能充分转化为读者需求满足。而解决这一矛盾的有效途径是文献资源协作采购,开展馆际互借。
Library efficiency is the service output of the library output and the ratio of all the inputs and costs. At present, our country has fallen into the misunderstanding of social benefits and economic benefits “dual oppositionism ” in the development concept and value orientation of library benefits; in the work practice, it has fallen into the erroneous zone of Book collection and resource construction, caught in the “one-sided view of the number of” errors, resulting in funding failed to fully translate into reader needs to meet. The effective way to solve this contradiction is to coordinate the procurement of literature resources and carry out interlibrary loan.
