经研究发现:长江,黄淮流域平原产区大豆缺硼,多属于生理潜在缺硼,叶部一般不表现症状,植株个体发育瘦弱,单产低,大豆缺硼与土壤水份、pH等有关。缺硼严重的器官,供硼后常不能逆转,仅分生组织可继续生长。病株根际土水溶硼和病叶全硼含量,分别低于0.5—0.8ppM;50ppM,介质含硼置高低,与产量呈正相关。大豆缺硼引起异化作用增强,与呼吸作用有关的酶活性增强。固氮酶、硝酸还原酶活性下降,氮代谢受阻,是大豆缺硼减产的重要原因之一。
The study found that: lack of boron in the plain areas of the Yangtze River and Huanghe - Huaihe River Valley belonged mostly to lack of physiological potential boron, leaves generally showed no symptoms, plant individual thin, low yield, soybean boron deficiency and soil moisture, pH and so on. Serious lack of boron organs, often can not be reversed after boron supply, meristematic only continue to grow. The rhizospheric soil soluble boron and diseased leaf total boron content of the diseased plants were lower than 0.5-0.8ppM and 50ppM, respectively. The content of boron in the medium was high and low, which was positively correlated with the yield. Soybean lack of boron caused by the role of alienation increased, and respiration-related enzyme activity increased. Nitrogenase, nitrate reductase activity decreased, obstruction of nitrogen metabolism, soybean boron deficiency is one of the important reasons.
