芝加哥拉什大学医学中心海伦·伯格斯博士提出:脱掉袜子睡觉,会降低脚部的温度,对促进睡眠不利。他解释说,在脱衣上床后,刚开始体温肯定是会有所降低,如果这时穿着袜子,可以使双脚保持一个比较高的温度,有利于快速入睡和提高睡眠质量。
Dr. Helen Burgess at the Rush University Medical Center in Chicago proposed that taking off socks and sleeping will reduce the temperature of the feet and will be detrimental to the promotion of sleep.
