《残疾人就业条例》施行已经半年有余。这半年多时间里,人们学习、认识,尝试、实践。有些可能是《残疾人就业条例》颁布后立竿见影了;有些可能不仅体现了这一段时间的努力,而是残疾人工作者长期实践所积累的成果。让我们感到高兴的是,关注《条例》的不仅有残疾人工作者和政府官员,也有业外的热心人士;让我们深受鼓舞的是,在安徽铜陵和山西阳城,帮扶残疾人就业的各项工程已经蓬蓬勃勃开展起来了。
The Employment of Disabled Persons Act has been implemented for more than six months. In more than half a year, people learn, know, try and practice. Some may be immediate after the promulgation of the Employment of Persons with Disabilities; some may not only reflect the efforts made during this period of time but rather the results accumulated by the long-term practice of disabled workers. What makes us happy is that not only disabled workers and government officials who pay attention to the “Regulations” but also those who are enthusiastic outside the industry, and we are greatly encouraged by the fact that they are helping the disabled in employment in Anhui Tongling and Shanxi Yangcheng Various projects have been thriving.
