Recently, the People’s Tribune magazine organized experts and scholars from State Administration Institute, Central Institute of Socialism, Renmin University of China, Beijing Normal University and China Pudong Cadre College to conduct a special survey on grass-roots social governance practices in Dachuan District, Dazhou City, Sichuan Province.
