介绍一种基于STC89C52单片机的水温模糊控制系统,使水温能够在一定范围内人工设定,并在环境温度改变时实现自动调节。分别以温度偏差和偏差的变化率作为系统的输入,经过单片机内模糊PID算法处理后产生的信号作为输出,控制风扇风冷和电热丝加热来实现对水温的实时恒温控制。系统克服了水温的大时滞性,保证了水温的精确控制,具有较强的稳定性和抗干扰性。
This paper introduces a water temperature fuzzy control system based on STC89C52 microcontroller, which can make the water temperature set manually in a certain range and realize automatic adjustment when the ambient temperature changes. Respectively, the rate of change of temperature deviation and deviation as the system input, through the single-chip fuzzy PID algorithm generated signal as the output, the control of fan air heating and heating wire to achieve real-time temperature control of water temperature. The system overcomes the large time delay of the water temperature, ensures accurate control of the water temperature, has strong stability and anti-interference.
