通过热力学计算说明,用碳素锰铁在转炉内吹氧脱碳的方法生产中碳和低碳锰铁是完全可能的。估算了吹炼中、低碳锰铁所需的温度条件和吹炼过程中锰的挥发损失,负压操作的效果。
According to the thermodynamic calculation, it is completely possible to produce medium-carbon and low-carbon ferromanganese by means of blowing oxygen and decarburizing the carbon ferromanganese in a converter. The temperature conditions for the low-carbon ferromanganese during blowing and the volatilization loss of manganese and the negative pressure operation during the blowing were estimated.
