本文用试验论证了单、双面渗碳活塞销静动强度之间的关系,指出研究它们之间的关系必须与裂纹源位置相联系。只有当静动破坏裂纹源位置相一致,静动强度之间基本上存在对应关系时,用静强度高低来评定疲劳性能优劣才有一定意义,否则就没有意义,甚至会得出相反的结论。用静强度试验来评定疲劳性能好坏是有条件性的,应当正确使用这种方法。 本文还用高速摄影技术等方法确定了静压破坏裂纹源位置,并论证了单双面渗碳活塞销静压吨位之间的差别,指出两者的静压破坏裂纹源位置不相同,它们的静压吨位不能直接对比。试验证明双面渗碳活塞销疲劳强度大大优于单面渗碳活塞销,因此对双面渗碳活塞销静吨压位低的顾虑是不必要的。
In this paper, the relationship between the static and dynamic strength of single-and double-sided carburized piston pins is demonstrated experimentally, and the relationship between them must be related to the location of crack sources. Only when the location of the source of static and dynamic damage cracks are consistent and there is basically a corresponding relationship between static and dynamic strength, the use of static strength to assess the pros and cons of fatigue performance have some significance, otherwise there is no meaning, or even the opposite conclusion . Static strength test to assess the quality of fatigue is conditional, it should be the correct use of this method. The paper also uses high-speed photography techniques to determine the location of the source of hydrostatic fracture and demonstrate the difference between the static pressure tonnage of single-sided carburized piston pin and point out that the location of the two cracks are different, Static pressure tonnage can not be directly compared. Experiments show that the fatigue strength of double-sided carburized piston pin is much better than single-sided carburized piston pin, so the concern about low deadweight of double-sided carburized piston pin is unnecessary.
