卫医政发〔2012〕72号各省、自治区、直辖市卫生厅局、商务主管部门,新疆生产建设兵团卫生局、商务局,各计划单列市商务主管部门:根据《〈内地与香港关于建立更紧密经贸关系的安排〉补充协议九》及《〈内地与澳门关于建立更紧密经贸关系的安排〉补充协议九》,现就香港和澳门服务提供者在内地设立医疗机构有关问题通知如下:一、允许香港和澳门服务提供者在内地以独资形式、或与内地的医疗机构、公司、企业和其他经济组织以合资或合作形式设置医疗机构。
Health Administration of the People’s Republic of China [2012] No. 72 Health Administrations of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, commercial authorities, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Bureau of Health, Commerce Bureau, and commercial departments under separate state planning cities: According to the Guidelines on Establishing Closer Arrangements on Economic and Trade Relations> Supplementary Agreement 9 and Supplement 9 to the Mainland and Macao Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement (CEPA IX). The following are the relevant issues concerning the establishment of medical institutions by Hong Kong and Macao service suppliers in the Mainland as follows: I. Permitted Hong Kong and Macao service providers set up medical institutions on a joint venture or cooperation basis in the Mainland solely or with medical institutions, companies, enterprises and other economic organizations in the Mainland.
