病例:男性,21岁.于1983年8月因吃肥肉后感纳减、恶心,经对症处理后缓解,仍从事农业劳动,县医院检查发现巩膜黄染,黄疸指数(Ⅱ)16u,ALT 正常,按“胆囊炎、胆石症”服用清热利胆中药无效。同年,赴杭州某医院作 B 超检查未见异常,又服中西“护肝”药物,黄痘持续不退.1984年11月起感明显乏力,食欲减退,厌油、恶心,黄疸加深,ALT>200u,诊断“肝炎”,住县医院,经强的松龙、云芝肝泰等治疗20天,上述症状消失,ALT 渐降至64u,Ⅱ16u,月余后 ALT 正常,Ⅱ降至
