杭州经济技术开发区(以下简称开发区)成立于1990年,1993年4月经国务院批准成为国家级开发区,是集工业园区、高教园区、出口加工区于一体的综合性园区,也是杭州市三大副城之一。作为杭州市重要的产业集聚区和城市副中心,档案的利用和需求量也日益增大,面对日益增加的档案种类、数量和档案的社会需求,数字档案馆的应用也已经成为档案日常工作中必不可少的一部分,本文就数字档案馆在开发区档案管理中的必要性和优越性展开讨论。
