(一) 党的十四大决定“我国经济体制改革的目标是建立社会主义市场经济体制,以利于进一步解放和发展生产力”。这一目标的确立,为创立“中国社会主义市场经济学”奠定了客观基础。从历史上看,每一种社会经济形态的出现,都必然会产生出相应的科学理论。市场经济学作为一门科学是随着社会生产力的发展,商品生产和商品交换的扩大,资本主义生产方式建立以后,出现了市场经济,才逐步产生、形成和发展起来的。
(1) The 14th Party Congress decided that “the goal of China’s economic restructuring is to establish a socialist market economic system so as to facilitate the further liberation and development of productive forces.” The establishment of this goal has laid an objective foundation for the establishment of “China’s socialist market economy.” Historically, the appearance of each social and economic form will inevitably produce a corresponding scientific theory. With the development of social productive forces and the expansion of the exchange of goods and commodities, market economy as a science has emerged and formed and developed gradually after the emergence of a market economy after the establishment of the capitalist mode of production.
