以出口创汇为导向,以竞争国际市场为重点的沿海发展战略,从理论形成到付诸实施,已有3年时间了。几年来,威海等沿海地区的面貌发生了很大变化.取得了令人注目的成绩,但也暴露出不少问题,制约着外资外技的吸收和出口贸易的扩大。如何进一步实施沿海发展战略?什么问题是未来发展的关键?要回答这些问题,就必须着重从国内外环境来分析。本文拟在威海市综合国土规划的基础上,结合国际经济环境和投资决策因素变化趋向,进行初步的探索。
It has been three years since the theory of the coastal development focused on export-oriented foreign exchange export-oriented competition in the international market has been put into practice. Over the past few years, great changes have taken place in the coastal areas such as Weihai, and remarkable achievements have been made, but many problems have also been exposed, which have restricted the absorption of foreign capital and the expansion of export trade. How to further implement the strategy of coastal development? What is the key to future development? To answer these questions, we must focus on the environment from home and abroad to analyze. Based on the comprehensive land planning of Weihai City, this article intends to make preliminary exploration based on the changing trend of international economic environment and investment decision-making factors.
