在高等教育大众化浪潮下,提高高职院校辅导员工作实效是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的一个重要理论和实践问题,也是广大高职院校学生工作者所面临的一个重点和难点。通过管理机制、专业管理、具体内容三个方面浅析高职院校辅导员工作的现状,为解决当前高职院校辅导员工作存在的问题,架构高职院校辅导员工作长效机制提供思考方向。
