目的:分析2008年-2010年台州市食源性副溶血性弧菌的主要毒力基因分布情况及分子分型特征,为建立台州市副溶血性弧菌的DNA指纹图谱数据库提供基础。方法:利用PCR方法对52株食源性副溶血性弧菌检测主要毒力基因(tdh、trh、tlh、ureC、T3SS-2(vscC2、vcrD2)),并用PFGE分析部分菌株的基因分型特征。结果:在52株食源性副溶血性弧菌中检出同时携带tdh基因和vscC2基因1株;25株菌被分为25种PFGE图谱,聚类分析显示菌株间呈现明显多态性。结论:台州市食源性副溶血性弧菌主要毒力基因携带率低,菌株间基因呈多态性,没有发现优势菌群,提示本地食品中副溶血性弧菌不存在流行趋势。
Objective: To analyze the main virulence gene distribution and molecular typing characteristics of foodborne Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Taizhou from 2008 to 2010, and to provide a basis for establishing DNA fingerprinting database of Taibai Vibrio parahaemolyticus. Methods: The main virulence genes (tdh, trh, tlh, ureC, T3SS-2 (vscC2, vcrD2)) of 52 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were detected by PCR and the genotyping characteristics of some strains were analyzed by PFGE . Results: Tdh and vscC2 genes were detected in 52 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus. 25 strains were divided into 25 PFGE patterns. Cluster analysis showed that the strains showed significant polymorphism. CONCLUSION: The virulence genes of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Taizhou are low in carrying rate and polymorphisms in the isolates. No dominant bacteria are found, which indicates that there is no epidemic tendency of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in local food.
