目的 :探讨重组人粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(recombinant human granulocyte macrophage colony-stimulating factor,rh GM-CSF)凝胶治疗鼻咽癌急性放射性皮炎的临床疗效。方法 :将鼻咽癌首程放疗出现≥Ⅱ级急性放射性皮炎的70例患者随机分为A组(rh GM-CSF凝胶治疗组)和B组(聚维酮碘治疗组)各35例,比较2组患者的有效率、创面愈合时间和放疗中断时间。结果 :rh GM-CSF凝胶治疗组急性放射性皮炎的有效率、创面愈合时间和放疗中断时间分别为100%(35/35)、(7.2±1.2)d和(6.6±0.8)d,聚维酮碘治疗组分别为68.6%(24/35)、(11.9±2.3)d和(9.8±1.1)d。rh GM-CSF凝胶治疗组急性放射性皮炎的有效率高于聚维酮碘治疗组,创面愈合时间和放疗中断时间短于聚维酮碘治疗组(P值均<0.01)。结论 :rh GM-CSF是一种有效治疗鼻咽癌急性放射性皮炎的方法。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of recombinant human granulocyte macrophage colony-stimulating factor (rh GM-CSF) gel in the treatment of acute radiation dermatitis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods: Seventy patients with grade Ⅱ acute radiodermatitis undergoing primary radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into group A (rh GM-CSF gel group) and group B (povidone-iodine group) The patients in two groups were compared in terms of efficiency, wound healing time and radiotherapy interruption time. Results: The effective rate of acute radiation dermatitis, wound healing time and radiotherapy interruption time of rh GM-CSF gel group were 100% (35/35), (7.2 ± 1.2) d and (6.6 ± 0.8) d, respectively The ketone iodine treatment group was 68.6% (24/35), (11.9 ± 2.3) d and (9.8 ± 1.1) d, respectively. rh-GM-CSF gel treatment group acute radiation dermatitis was more effective than povidone-iodine treatment group, wound healing time and radiation interruption time shorter than povidone-iodine treatment group (P value <0.01). Conclusion: rh GM-CSF is an effective method for the treatment of acute radiation dermatitis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
