柴油机机体是发动机基础结构之一 ,其模态特性对发动机辐射噪声影响显著。本文应用有限元法在I-DEAS软件平台上对MWM395柴油机机体进行了模态分析。首先建立了机体的有限元模型 ,运用Lancozas法对该模型求解并分析了模态计算结果。然后在机体结构不做大的改动的情况下 ,建立了各种不同的机体模型并求解。通过对各方案所求结果的比较 ,提出一种提高深龙门型机体刚度的方法 ,同时为机体的动态响应分析提供了可靠的动力学模型。
Diesel engine body is one of the basic structure of the engine, its modal characteristics of the engine radiation noise significantly. In this paper, modal analysis of MWM395 diesel engine body is carried out on the I-DEAS software platform by using the finite element method. First, the finite element model of the body is established. The model is solved and analyzed by Lancozas method. Then in the body structure does not make major changes in the circumstances, established a variety of body models and solved. Through the comparison of the results of the various schemes, a method to improve the rigidity of the deep gantry body is proposed, and a reliable dynamic model is provided for the dynamic response analysis of the body.
