建设国别产业园,是我国为适应经济发展新常态、积极开展国际产能合作、贯彻开放创新战略、全面提升对外开放水平的重要举措。本文用翔实的数据分析国别产业园建设的重要作用,总结国内发展较好的国别产业园建设管理模式、投资方式、合作领域、招商路径的新趋势和成功经验,并据此提出宁波高起点推进国别产业园建设的对策建议,即坚持国际标准和国际理念,高标准谋划一批国别产业园;坚持政府与社会合作,高水平建设一批配套设施;坚持“引进来”和“走出去”相结合,高质量集聚一批优质项目;坚持围绕企业需求,高规格打造一批发展平台和载体。
