国家已做出要在全社会实行学历证书和职业资格证书并重制度的战略决策,为了进一步提高教学效果,促进“医药商品购销员”职业资格鉴定的取证率,有必要对医药商品购销员职业资格培训的核心课程之一“药品销售技术”进行了教学改革研究。文章对教学改革的指导思想、教学改革的研究思路和方法、教学改革的具体途径、药品销售技术教学方法的改革进行了探讨。
