育种工作实践证明,激光能诱发可遗传的突变,并在水稻、小麦、油菜、谷子、大豆,玉米等作物上,选育出一批具有各种特点的突变系。1975年,我们应用激光手段进行黄瓜育种,经过五年工作,至1980年选育出了适于露地栽培的黄瓜新品种——C146—9。1981年4月辽宁省农作物品种审定委员会审定定名为“露地一号”图1·2。“露地一号”比目前生产上主栽品种增产20%以上,且品质好,高抗霜霉病。在试种中普遍受到欢迎。
