为研究冻融作用下轻质烧结砖和污泥烧结砖的抗冻性能,对轻质烧结砖和污泥烧结砖进行冻融试验研究,得到表观损伤、质量损失率、开孔孔隙率和强度损失率与冻融次数之间的关系。结果表明,轻质烧结砖冻融损伤速率发展较快,不适用于寒冷和严寒地区可能与水接触的结构。基于弹塑性力学理论分析了冻融破坏机理,结合材料损伤理论,提出了用冻融前后的开孔孔隙率增量表征的强度损伤方程。将此方程与试验数据拟合,分别得到轻质烧结砖和污泥烧结砖强度损失随开孔也隙率增量的变化关系。
In order to study the freeze-thaw resistance of light weight sintered brick and sludge sintered brick under freeze-thaw condition, the light-weight sintered brick and sludge sintered brick were subjected to freeze-thaw test, and the apparent damage, mass loss rate, open porosity and The relationship between the strength loss rate and the number of freeze-thaw cycles. The results show that the rate of freeze-thaw damage of lightweight sintered brick develops rapidly, which is not suitable for the structure that may contact with water in cold and cold area. By fitting this equation with the experimental data, the relationship between the strength loss of light-weight sintered brick and sludge sintered brick with the increase of void fraction was also obtained respectively.
