中国金属学会炼钢节能专题学术会议,于1983年10月10~15日在鞍山召开。会议代表共65人,共收到论文43篇,宣读9篇,其中我国炼钢节能潜力、重点企业平炉炼钢能耗、转炉多吃废钢节约能源、电炉喷粉、余钢倒炉与节电等文章,总结了近几年来炼钢节能方面取得的进展,分析了目前炼钢能耗高的原因和节能的潜力所在。“连铸技术经济效益的评价”一文提出了有益的见解。还有一些文章,论述了近几年来科学试验和新技术使用、新技术开发方面的成果。分组讨论中围绕我国炼钢节能的现状、潜力、经验和存在问题,认真研究了我国炼钢节能的目标和措施,并提出了建议。与会代表认为:
