众所周知,现代化建设已经成为了现阶段我国水电企业持续发展的重要趋势之一。然而,作为水电工作的根本出发点,水电档案管理俨然是整个水电现代化建设中不可或缺的重要工作。基于此,为了确保水电档案管理工作的实效性,促进水电的现代化建设,我们就必须加大实时性管理的实施力度。本文系统分析与探究了现阶段我国水电档案管理工作所面临的困难,并提出了实施实时性管理的具体方法,旨在进一步提升水电档案管理工作的实效性。
As we all know, modernization has become one of the important trends in the continuous development of hydropower enterprises in our country at this stage. However, as the fundamental starting point of hydropower work, hydropower archives management is an indispensable and important work in the entire hydropower modernization. Based on this, in order to ensure the effectiveness of hydropower archives management and to promote the modernization of hydropower, we must step up the implementation of real-time management. This paper systematically analyzes and explores the difficulties faced by hydropower archives management in China at this stage and puts forward specific methods for implementing real-time management so as to further enhance the effectiveness of hydropower archives management.
